Hole in one!
Playing golf on International Courses in Thailand is one of the highlights of travelling with Prestige Golf Tours. I was p[laying at Burapha Golf Club which was the second round on tour and had hosted the Thailand Open in 2010. My game had been up and down when we came to the 12th hole on the British Links East Course. First to hit off, I turned to my Caddie to take the club that she had selected and said "1,000 Baht for a Hole in One" I played my shot which felt good, the ball pitched and slowly rolled 3 feet to the hole and stopped. From the Tee, it appeared to not of gone in. My Caddie was so Distraught. We drove to the green to see the ball 1/2 in the hole resting against the flag pole. Many photo's were taken of my greatest moment as a golfer. At the Conclusion of the Golf Tour we had a Presentation Night which our Tour Director Michael Patterson presented me with a Hole in One trophy to remember and show.
